Note:   Your lantern should not be used in a wet location.  It can be used outside, but must be under cover.

You can control your Signature lanterns using the remote or smartphone app.

Remote

Be sure to remove the battery isolator tab from the remote before use.

Smartphone App

Upload BANLANX app by searching your app store or scanning the following QR code.

Once the app is uploaded, add each lantern (device) to app via bluetooth.  If multiple lanterns are added, you may create a group to synchronize up to 5 lanterns.  

There are 3 modes in the app;

Single color:  over 16 million colors

Dynamic: over 140 effects. Select one, cycle through all, or cycle through up to 9 favorites.  

Music:  18 effects.  Select one or cycle through all. 

 

Care

Bamboo can develop splits and cracks due to rapid changes in moisture content of the wood.

Lanterns may be located outside, but must be under cover where they will not be exposed to water.

One of the best ways to take care of your lanterns is to occasionally clean them. Lanterns located inside require minimal cleaning to remove dust. Lanterns located outside require more frequent cleaning with a mild dish soap.

 All lanterns are protected with 2 coats of tung oil.  It is recommended to reapply tung oil every 6 to 12 months to continue protecting your lantern and keeping it looking its best.
